How We Share Information
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only in these situations:
- Service providers that help us run our business, such as accounting and payroll software, secure file storage, and our phone and messaging provider. They receive only what they need to perform services for us and must keep it confidential.
- People you authorize, such as your organization's auditors, board members, grantors, or tax preparers, when you direct us to share with them.
- Legal requirements, when required by law, subpoena, or court order, or when needed to protect our rights, our clients, or others.

The limits on mobile information in the Text Messaging section below apply in every one of these situations.
Text Messaging (SMS)
We use text messaging to communicate with our clients and with people who contact us about our services. Our full text-messaging terms are in our Terms of Service.

Message frequency varies based on your account activity and conversations with our team. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.

How We Protect Information
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the information we hold, including limiting access to people who need it to do their work. No method of storing or sending information is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and to keep client records confidential.
How Long We Keep Information
